A Celebration of Temple Emunah’s Fiftieth Anniversary
June, 2009 - June, 2010
Temple Emunah is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary this year. To commemorate this milestone our community will be celebrating all year with a variety of educational, cultural and social programs and events that will bring together people from the past and present. We hope that this year will help the community explore its past and envision its future as a Jewish Community and citizens of the world. Our theme is “Emunah Shel Zahav – Emunah of Gold.”

Honoring the Founders Brunch - Sunday, April 18
Emunah 50th anniversary committee invites the community to brunch on Sunday, April 18th to honor our founding members. Let's show our appreciation to the original members who worked so hard to make Temple Emunah a reality. Many of our founding members will be in attendance. Throughout the Year:
At each Shabbat Service, we will be honoring all the members who joined during one of our 50 years. Members who joined during each month's highlighted years will receive a written invitation to be recognized as part of our worship service. Names will be listed in the Shofar, and we will ask these Congregants to rise as we acknowledge them and let them know we're so glad they became part of the Temple Emunah family.

You are welcome to donate to Emunah 50. Send contributions to the office at Gold ($2000), Silver ($1000), Bronze ($500), or Friends of Emunah (any amount) levels. The Gold level donation includes 2 tickets to all Emunah 50 events throughout the year.
