Yeladim Yoga - 6 Week Session

It is never too early to start practicing yoga! Child-friendly yoga poses, songs, breathing exercises and calming techniques are incorporated into this 60-minute yoga class for children between the ages of 1 to 4. Children are natural yogis; they have a blast exploring their new moves while building a strong body, breath awareness, cooperative skills, and self-confidence. This class will meet for 6 sessions on Mondays at 10:00 AM, April 30, May 7, 14, and June 4, 11, and 18, with certified yoga instructor Janine Duffy. Kids must come with a care-giver and payment is made directly to the teacher. Namaste, kids!
