A perspective from an Israeli Senior Prosecutor who has also served as a private defense attorney and as a law clerk for two Israeli Supreme Court Justices. The focus will be on recent developments in the field of Israeli Constitutional Law (including the role of the Israeli Supreme Court), and Financial Criminal Law.
About the Speaker: Nitzan Wulkan is a senior prosecutor & head of financial enforcement in the securities department at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, where she leads high-profile financial criminal and corruption cases. This year she is on leave from that job, and is a Wexner Fellow at Harvard University. Nitzan began her legal career as a law clerk for two Supreme Court justices, and later worked as a private defense lawyer and as deputy to the legal advisor of the Israel money laundering prohibition authority.
