We are so excited to welcome you to our first-ever Community-Wide Temple Emunah Retreat at Camp Ramah in Palmer, MA on May 2-4. It will include a joyful Shabbat, gourmet meals including a festive Shabbat dinner and closing BBQ, a campfire Kumsitz, spirited musical Kabbalat Shabbat, sports, arts/crafts, boating, meditation, learning, Israeli dancing and much, much more! There will be parallel tracks for adults, teens and children and various options to choose throughout the weekend.
This retreat is open to families, couples, and singles of all ages! We hope you will join in the fun! Please click on the survey below to let us know what types of accommodations you would prefer. 3rd – 12th grade students will be housed in their own spaces and our staff will be overseeing parts of their program.
There are an array of options including rooms with private bathrooms, two rooms sharing one bathroom and four rooms sharing a communal bathroom. There are also a couple of bunks which can house one or two families (this is a good option for folks with children younger than third grade).
Please fill out the form and let us know your preference. We will try to accommodate the best we can. We only have a limited amount of private rooms with baths so please make sure to give us your second and third choices as well. Once we have your preference, we will let you know what room we have for you and ask you to put down a $100 deposit to hold your place.
The costs for rooms does not include food which will be $100 for adults including teens 13+, $90 for children (6-12 years old) and no charge for children 0-5. Meals will include Shabbat Dinner on Friday night, three meals on Shabbat and breakfast and BBQ lunch on Sunday and all snacks, drinks and ‘smores. Linens and towels are $25 per bundle (for each bed/1-2 people); based on availability. Linen and towel bundles are only available for 3rd-12 graders staying with their families and not in our youth bunks. People are welcome to bring their own linens. Children may want to bring their own sleeping bags for the bunk beds.
Costs are approximate and may go up or down slightly based on the total number of attendees.
Please note: We thank the Ladle Fund for supporting this retreat. Costs may be slightly higher based on number of total attendees. Questions, please email Beth Whitman at Bwhitman@Templeemunah.org
