Form for using the Temple Emunah Kitchen

When you bring food to the Temple Emunah kitchen, please notify the office EXACTLY where the food was left. Before you leave, please circle all of the hekhshers (Kosher symbols) so that the office can easily confirm that all food is kosher. For more information about what food can be brought into the Emunah kitchen and which symbols are accepted, see this document. Food that is from a Kosher caterer does not need to have the hekhshers checked.
